PRIVATE TASTING EVENTS
All events at Central Bottle are conducted in our wine shop which means that there is no seating available and unless you decide on a buy out the shop remains open in full operation. We can accommodate organized groups as small as 10 or as large as 75 in the shop. We offer two formats—tasting events and cocktail events. Due to the fact that we have only one super talented Stacey Daley we require you book your event no less than 5 business days from the date you want to par-tay!
Tasting events are tailored toward education. We can pair up food and wine, we can just educate you on varietals, take you through a tour of the Cinque Terre or we can tailor fit a tasting just for you. We can arrange a Skype Session with one of our winemakers. It is a more interactive, group focused format. We don’t offer a specific menu for tastings as we will work to pair them with the wines. We can, however, work with preferences and allergies.

3 wines (3oz. tastes) up to $20 + 3 different wine appropriate cicchetti
$35/person*
3 wines (3oz. tastes) up to $30 + 3 different wine appropriate cicchetti
$45/person*
3 wines (3oz. tastes) up to $40 + 3 different wine appropriate cicchetti
*to add a cheese pairing as one of the three cicchetti is an additional $3/person
Additional costs to the per person charge are a $75 Taster Fee as well as 7% meals tax. Skype Sessions are an additional $50.

Cocktail events are set up more like cocktail parties. We offer passed cicchetti and wine and/or beer. Just like our tasting events, we certainly can pair your wines with the cicchetti you have chosen. Different than the tasting events, cocktail events are food per person only pricing. Wine/beer is additional based on consumption.

choose 3 cicchetti from the attached cicchetti menu to be passed for the duration of two hours. each additional cicchetti choice is $5 more per person (i.e. 4 cicchetti passed is $20, 5 cicchetti passed is $25 and so on)
To make one cicchetti choice cheese add an additional $11 per person
Additional costs to the per person charge are $75 per service/prep (based on the number in your party) as well as 7% meals tax.

We’re also associated with The Blue Room in Kendall Square and can arrange a tasting and dinner for you and 11 of your closest friends in their new private wine room.

Cicchetti (pronounced chi-KET-tee) are small snacks or side dishes, typically served in cicchetti bars in Venice, Italy. Common cicchetti include small servings of fish, tiny sandwiches, plates of olives, and very small servings of typical full-course plates often served on bread.
