Let’s face it—cheese is good. Our focus is on local artisan cheeses. There are wonderful things coming from Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts. Our cheese wall is filled with the likes of Vermont Butter + Cheese, 3-Corner Field Farm, Cato Corner Farm and Twigg Farm to name a few, but not to worry, we’ll keep the well known international favorites around too.

And salumi, well, where do we begin? Some people love bacon, some people love broccoli (we don’t really know any, but there must be someone) and we love salted and cured meat! We keep Salumeria Biellese in house, but also stock Prosciutto di Parma and Jamon Serrano.
