CHEESE & SALUMI
Let’s face it—cheese is good. Our focus is on local artisan cheeses. There are wonderful things coming from Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts. Our cheese wall is filled with the likes of Jasper Hill, Woodcock Farm and Twigg Farm to name a few, but not to worry, we’ll keep the well known international favorites around too.
And salumi, well, were do we begin? Some people love bacon, some people love broccoli (we don’t really know any, but there must be someone) and we love salted and cured meat! We keep Salumeria Biellese in house, but also stock Prosciutto di Parma and Jamon Serrano.
