04/16: Tasting Class: seasonal cheese series

cheese.jpgOur cheese tasting class is the first of a quarterly series we're excited to bring you.  We have invited Robert Aguilera, a cheesemonger at Formaggio Kitchen for 6 years, grand master of ceremonies for the Bueno Queso Social Club and sole representative for Fromagex in New England, to delight us in the beauty of cheese.  Designed around seasonality, Robert will walk us through several cheeses and highlight artisanal cheese-making practices. We will conduct class casually focusing on cheese, but will provide wine or beer to accompany.

Due to the nature of the class we will cap it at 20 attendees.  Please call to reserve.

Friday, April 16th from 6-8pm, $30
