02/08: Cheese Class - Why We Love Cheese

This class will look into the sexy scientific reason to why our brains love cheese. We will, of course, eat cheese and discuss our findings. We'll do all of this over wine + beer and land on what exactly it is that keeps us wanting more... And, if you haven't had the chance, you can meet our new Cheesemonger Stephanie Santos who'll conduct the class.  She comes to us via Barbara Lynch Gruppo having just recently managed the cheese program for both The Butcher Shop + Menton.
