09/19: Cheese Class - Harvest, Hunger + Casein

Okay, class is in session again after a long and luxurious summer and now we have Fall to give us the most anticipated changing of season. Apples, pumpkins, sage and crumbly farmhouse cheeses. Cheddars and Red Leicesters to darken our fading tans and warm our cooling homes. As always wine and beer pour freely as does conversation and learning of the cheesey topic at hand.
